At Board to Board, Erin’s passion finds its true purpose as she collaborates with international school boards to fortify governance practices, ensuring the highest standards of operation. Her expertise has been instrumental in shaping the governance landscape of schools in both South America and Africa. Erin’s significant contributions extend beyond advisory roles; she has also held officer positions, including Vice Chair and Secretary, as well as chairing board committees.

Before embarking on her international journey, Erin served as a Vice President of Operations in the healthcare technology field for a decade, honing her skills in a dynamic and demanding sector.

Erin graduated from Miami University and earned her MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
